1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and Ace 33 ("Company", "we", or "platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ace33.click website, mobile application, and all services provided by Ace 33.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the Ace 33 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the Ace 33 platform immediately.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account. Ace 33 recommends using a strong password (at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols) and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

Ace 33 reserves the right to modify reward point values, VIP tier eligibility criteria, or discontinue the programme with 30 days' notice.

All games on Ace 33 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by iTechLabs. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and fair. Ace 33 has no technical capability to alter or manipulate RNG results.

Transaction and game records stored on Ace 33's servers are final and serve as the official reference for any disputes. Server log records are considered more accurate than any evidence submitted by players.

7. Sports Betting & Live Betting

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

Ace 33 offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting across a wide range of sports, including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, ICC cricket, poker tournaments, and e-sports. All bets are subject to a minimum of RM 2 and varying maximum limits depending on the match type.

7.2 Cancellation Policy

• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed by the Ace 33 system cannot be cancelled by the player.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 36 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• For cricket matches, ICC rules on rain-affected matches (DLS method) apply for bet settlement purposes.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the final applicable odds.

7.3 Sports Fraud Detection

Ace 33 works with sports integrity bodies to monitor suspicious betting activity. If there is any indication that a match has been manipulated, Ace 33 reserves the right to withhold related bet payouts until the investigation is concluded.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Ace 33 account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Prior to closure, all balances eligible for withdrawal will be returned to you.

9.2 Closure by Ace 33

Ace 33 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents
• Actions or conduct that may damage the reputation or operations of Ace 33
• Instructions from the relevant authorities

9.3 Self-Exclusion & Exclusion Programme

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under Ace 33's operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process before any legal proceedings are initiated.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of Ace 33's services is lawful in the country or region where they reside. Ace 33 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside those it is licensed to operate in.
